Exchanges & Returns Policy

At Another Pair of Shoes, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help! Please review our Exchange and Return Policy below for full details.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange your shoes under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when they were received (including original packaging, tags, and any accessories).
  • Exclusions:
    • Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order

Step 1: Contact Us

  • To start a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at CustomerService@apofshoes.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

  • Once we receive your request, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to send the shoes back to us.

Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return

  • Carefully pack your shoes and include the RA number on the outside of the box. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Step 4: Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
    • Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • Exchanges: If you're exchanging for a different size, color, or style, we will ship the replacement item once the original is received and inspected.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received defective or damaged items, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) for assistance. We will offer you a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except for defective or incorrect items.
  • Free Shipping for Exchanges: If you're exchanging your item for a different size or style, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
