  1. Can I exchange or return my shoes if they don’t fit?

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and will arrive in 3-7 business days for domestic orders.

  1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100.

  1. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.

  1. What if my shoes are damaged or defective?

We’re sorry if you received a damaged or defective item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to offer a full refund or replacement. For assistance, reach out to our customer service team at CustomerService@apofshoes.com.

  1. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
